Why join?

LIC brings together expertise that usually sits in separate professional bodies — and puts women’s leadership at the centre.

Networking

Meet peers across disciplines, sectors and countries — in person and online.

Mentoring

Give and receive structured mentoring, from first leadership role to board readiness.

Visibility

Speak, write and be recognised for your expertise through LIC platforms.

Leadership

Build the capabilities that senior control roles and board positions demand.

Knowledge sharing

Exchange practical insight on regulation, frameworks and emerging risks.

Membership tiers

Harassment and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated and lead to removal.

Non-commercial behaviour

LIC is not a sales channel. No unsolicited selling, recruitment drives or promotion.

Member portal

Coming in Phase 2: a private space for members to find each other, continue conversations and access resources.

Join the founding community

We invite women working across Governance, Risk, Internal Control, Compliance and related disciplines to express their interest in joining Ladies in Control and contributing to its development.

Whether you are an emerging professional, established specialist, senior executive or aspiring board member, LIC aims to create opportunities for connection, professional growth and knowledge sharing.
